Project'Or RIA

Project'Or RIA is dedicated to Project Management.

It is designed as a PROJECT ORganizer, as Rich Internet Application, to provide collaborative access to all data about projects.

 Project'Or RIA will help you to follow-up and track every day to day activity and incoming request, through:

• Hierarchic level management via links of Activities, Tickets or Milestones to parent Activity.

To be able to follow-up your projects, you'll have to track the time spent on each activity (workload), plan the left work and get reports of the teams activity. Projecto'or RIA proposes:

• Planning functionality, in a simple and understandable way, taking into account resource capacity, resource affectation rate to project and resource assignment rate to activity.
• Planning presentation for projects, activities, milestones and dependencies in a Gantt view.
• Gantt export in MS-Project XML format.
• Planning per resource, displayed in a Gantt like view.

• Many printable reports, with graphics and possibility to export to PDF format, to summarize the project activity.

Project'Or RIA helps you manage your requirements, define tests to cover the requirements and test sessions to organize the testing phase:

• Requirements management, with links to covering tests and summary or result of test sessions, so that you can instantly see the coverage of the requirement.
• Test cases definition, with full description, prerequisite, expected result and summary of status of test in the test sessions.
• Test sessions management, to define test case run and track issues from test phase.

 In addition to Resource cost, Project'Or RIA can follow-up some expense:

• Individual expense follow-up (travel cost, ...).
• Project expense follow-up (machines, software, ...)
• Billing management, based upon several different modes
• Billing terms follow-up.

One important point of Project Management is the Risk Management Plan. Project'Or RIA provides:

• Risk follow-up, with complete description of risks and criticality enlightening.
• Action follow-up, with complete description, status and accountable assignment.
• Issue follow-up, to track Project issues when risks occur.
